Jessica was born and raised in Victoria, BC. She relocated to Vancouver to attend Simon Fraser University, where she studied Communications and obtained a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) with First Class standing. Jessica worked in the telecommunications industry in Vancouver for several years and spent a year teaching in South Korea before attending law school at the University of Victoria. During law school, Jessica earned several academic awards and she participated in the co-op program, which allowed her to gain practical work experience and develop her legal skills early on in her career.
Jessica has worked exclusively in plaintiff personal injury law since being called to the bar. She enjoys connecting with her clients and providing them with clear, direct, and timely advice in order to guide them through the legal system. She also enjoys going to court to advocate for her clients’ interests and she has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys cooking, karaoke, and riding her bike around the seawall. She loves meeting new people and will happily talk your ear off about just about anything, except for sports. She knows nothing about sports.
